MEDIA RELEASE
MeetingApps.com Reaches 1000th App Milestone

VANCOUVER, CANADA (December 14th, 2010) – MeetingApps.com is pleased to announce that its iPhone app directory has reached its 999th app. MeetingApps.com is the only portal in the world dedicated to finding the best apps for our industry. Since the launch of MeetingApps.com in August, 2010 the portal is now used by meeting and event professionals in 83 countries.

MeetingApps.com founders, Kirsten Strand, BSc, CITE, CMM and Joseph Lo recognize the "founding sponsors" who shared the vision of assisting planners in saving time with their app search. Strand comments: "We appreciate all those who contributed meeting app and article submissions. In particular, we recognize the exceptional efforts of our partner, Jane Huynh, who has spent countless hours sourcing and categorizing the apps. We would not have been able to launch MeetingApps.com without all this exceptional support."

MeetingApps.com invites the meeting planning community to submit their favorite new app related to the meetings industry either on-line at http://www.MeetingApps.com/Submit.php or by email at [email protected]. The 1000th app will be selected and showcased in January as part of our 1000th app milestone. Come celebrate with us!
